As we are digital printers we have a pretty clean manufacturing process and don’t need to use nasty chemicals and solvents to maintain and clean our equipment.
We recycle all of our paper and plastic waste and reuse as much packaging as possible. The loose fill we buy to pack our products is 100% biodegradable Eco-Flow.
We use recycled cardboard boxes to dispatch our orders.
We only use FSC and PEFC certified paper stocks in our production process and keep up to date with developments in available paper stocks and recycled materials.
We continually invest in new equipment to take advantage of better production workflows and manufacturing processes. In our large format room we have recently installed a banner welder enabling us to remove the need of using large qauntities of double sided tape during our banner production. We use brass eyelets instead of cheaper plastic ones and ensure we stock a wide range of media widths allowing us to reduce excess material waste.
